Priority support is provided free of charge for 12 months from the purchase date. The purchase price includes the next major upgrade within 6 months of purchase. To continue to receive major upgrades and maintenance releases (after the initial 6 month period) an annual Upgrade Plan needs to be purchased. Contact your local supplier for your annual fee.
