Here are the ways you can get support:

- Known problems and how to fix them are specified in the Support FAQs
- Through the How To guides detailing how to perform certain tasks.
- Downloading the latest Patch may fix your problem. It is always a good idea to download the latest patch as it comes available.
- WebEx Meeting Centre can be used to you our IRRICAD screen or you can give us permission to see your IRRICAD screen.
