• Searching and browsing through the Forum you may find answers to common issues by other users like yourself
• Known problems and how to fix them are specified in the Support FAQs
• Through the How To guides detailing how to perform certain tasks.
• Downloading the latest Patch may fix your problem. It is always a good idea to download the latest patch as it comes available.
• WebEx Meeting Centre can be used to you our IRRICAD screen or you can give us permission to see your IRRICAD screen.
