Discounts are available for purchasing multiple copies.
IRRICAD is sold under the conditions described in the End User Licence Agreement which can be downloaded here.
Support and Training
Priority support is provided free of charge for 12 months from the purchase date. The purchase price includes the next major upgrade within 6 months of purchase. To continue to receive major upgrades and maintenance releases (after the initial 6 month period) an annual Upgrade Plan needs to be purchased. Contact your local supplier for your annual fee. Fax, telephone and email support is available from the supplier of the software, or from AEI Software New Zealand.
Individual training can be provided by IRRICAD suppliers or by AEI Software on a cost recovery basis. Although training is not necessarily required, it is recommended for those users who wish to get up to speed quickly. To enquire about training, please contact us to discuss.
Beginners and advanced user group training courses are run each year in Australia and in the USA. Contact your nearest supplier to find out about courses which are coming up.
Upgrades
All upgrades released within 6 months of date of purchase will be provided free of charge.
Databases
A number of IRRICAD databases have either been supplied and updated by product suppliers, or AEI Software has prepared databases for suppliers. These databases are available free on request from AEI Software or from the supplier, and should be ordered with the IRRICAD package.
Educational Versions
Substantial discounts are given to educational institutions on the condition that IRRICAD is only used for teaching purposes. Please contact your nearest IRRICAD supplier for prices, terms and conditions.
